About the Role 

To strengthen our Business Development team, we are looking for a Digital Marketing and Growth Manager (100%).

The successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy, creative, and fast-moving scale-up environment, playing a key role in driving Iprova’s growth.

This role offers significant responsibility and visibility, with direct collaboration with senior management.

What you will be doing

  • Contribute to the preparation of Iprova’s marketing and product launch plans, and lead their execution.
  • Campaign preparation: Conduct market research to identify pain points and interests oftarget audiences.
  • Content creation: Execute Iprova’s content strategy by producing engaging materials about technology and corporate innovation (website, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, etc.) and creating compelling video content.
  • Campaign management and analysis: Develop marketing campaigns, and track/report KPIs to evaluate new initiatives.
  • Social media management: Contribute to Iprova’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) by creating posts and analysing performance.
  • Lead generation: Work closely with the business development team to drive inbound and outbound lead generation.
  • Event organisation: Work with the Iprova team to organise webinars, in-person and other promotional events.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in a technology or innovation-driven environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Passion for technology, ideally with a background in physical sciences and/or engineering.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning and intellectual property is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing technologies, including SEO, CRM, automated marketing tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in English (native level).
  • A track record of creating engaging science/tech content is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
