Job Description: Project Overview: Looking for an experienced Snowflake developer responsible for enhancing and supporting data ingest/egress integrations with Financial Risk Mart Solution. Contractors Role: The role will revolve around the building and supporting of the Snowflake processes as well as working with the current application development team to drive superior business value, enhanced customer experience, and compliance. Experience Level: Senior resource: 5+ years Qualifications: Expertise in design/development in Snowflake on Azure Experience in ETL tools like SnowSQL from design/development and implementing data ingestion and processing pipelines Expertise with the following skills: Snowflake SQL Python Data Analysis Good problem solving skills Nice to have: Datastage ETL experience Responsibilities: Design and develop ETL pipelines in and out of the data warehouse using a combination of Python and Snowflake's SnowSQL Deep understanding of relational and NoSQL data stores methods and approaches star and snowflake dimensional modeling Experience in designing and deploying virtual warehouse, schema, views, and zero-copy clone in Snowflake cloud data warehouse Work with data analysts in mapping documents and design/build IBM DataStage jobs to the requirements Participate in peer design reviews and provide recommendations Ensure runbooks are fully up-to-date and consistently improve the efficiency derived from automation Hands-on experience to improve operational stability via automation, such as auto-healing where possible, and raise design changes to SMEs and/or architects, as well as opportunities to application/service managers Work some off hours as demanded by projects, operations, and the needs of the on-shore team and stakeholders, such as release, testing, and/or critical bug resolutions #J-18808-Ljbffr Perfict Global
