Overview Growth Marketing Associate at MeUndies (hybrid role: 3 days/week in Los Angeles office) MeUndies is a Los Angeles, CA-based underwear and loungewear company known for its softer-than-soft basics. Founded in 2011, MeUndies disrupted the $110B underwear industry with the first online underwear subscription and has since grown through a community-centered brand approach. What You'll Do Campaign Management: Launch and optimize campaigns across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat) to achieve CPA targets for new customer acquisition. Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and inform strategies for owned channels. A/B Testing: Execute tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Creative Collaboration: Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to shape the creative testing roadmap and assign weekly creative briefs for promotional and evergreen initiatives. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with agencies and vendors to execute campaigns (sending product samples, sharing marketing materials, guiding landing page strategy) and support execution for new product launches and promotions. Administrative Support: Manage routine campaign administration tasks such as uploading spend data into ad platforms, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accurate budget tracking. What You Have Bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, economics, or other analytical field preferred but not required). 1–3 years of experience managing performance-oriented paid channels (e.g., Meta/Facebook, TikTok). Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager campaign setup. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with 3rd-party analytics tools. Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation abilities. High accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work from Culver City office Tuesday–Thursday, with occasional weekend work. Preferred Skills Experience with DTC e-commerce advertising, especially in apparel or high SKU-count brands. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Northbeam, TripleWhale, or similar. Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this full-time position is $78,650 - $90,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
