High Volume Data Entry Mailroom Clerk

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

\n

Full-time, $17 per hour plus benefits and more

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM-4 PM

\n

  About the Role  

\n

As a High-Volume Data Entry Clerk, you will provide document review and data entry support. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization.

\n

 

\n

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Receive, Sort, Distribute and Open daily mail received
  • \n
  • Scan documents using the OPEX mail extractor machine
  • \n
  • Perform Data entry, review and post payments
  • \n
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • \n
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of scanned documents
  • \n
  • Additional duties as assigned. Handle multiple assignments when needed
  • \n
  • All other duties as assigned
  • \n
  • Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
  • \n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • \n
  • Ability to meet the requirements of a background and drug screen. 
  • \n
  • Ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously. 
  • \n
  • Good attendance/punctuality.
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • \n
  • Strong, positive, team-player attitude and approach to the day
  • \n
  • 1-2 years of mailroom experience is preferred
  • \n
  • Ten Key experiences
  • \n
  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • \n
  • Experience using the OPEX mail extractor machine is preferred but not required
  • \n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
