Our client, a luxury hotel downtown Minneapolis, is seeking an experienced Housekeeper. Hourly rate: $17.19

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies in guest rooms as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist with laundry services as required, ensuring proper handling of linens and uniforms.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and industrial cleaning methods is advantageous.
• Experience in custodial management or supervisory roles will be considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
