Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HR RECRUITER IN CHICAGO, IL Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a HR Recruiter to join our client in Chicago, IL. This individual is responsible for lead staffing initiatives such as open house events for potential candidates. Pay, Schedule, Location - Starting at $20.00 - $25.00/hourly, paid weekly
- 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- Location in Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities - Post job openings through internal systems, job boards, community outreach, and social media platforms
- Consult with line managers to develop an accurate plan of resourcing requirements and conduct staffing initiatives in an efficient and effective manner
- Advise and consult with managers, supervisors and staff on employee relation matters (ie: coaching, counseling, corrective action)
- Provide insight and support to managers in the performance management processes
- Interpret, counsel, communicate, and educate managers and staff on HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent practice throughout the organization
- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and turnover trends
- Assist with employment separations and conduct exit interviews
- Assist in documentation preparation in regards to onboarding and other paperwork received from new hires/ employees
- Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and compliance
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain compliance with all hiring policies, food safety regulations, and labor laws
Requirements and Qualifications - At least four years of successful Human Resources experience with at least two years recruiting, preferably in manufacturing or food industry
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft products
- Strong analytical abilities and organization skills
