Responsibilities

• Employ proactive cold calling and persistent follow-ups to solicit and cultivate customer relationships.
• Skillfully manage and nurture relationships with both customers and carriers.
• Offer customized solutions that align with the unique needs of our valued customers.
• Deliver world-class customer service and ensure flawless execution for all clients.
• Collaborate closely with our corporate office to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Efficiently oversee the load life cycle, ensuring timely closure and accurate invoicing.
• Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships through a steadfast "Whatever it Takes" attitude.
• Uphold and enhance the pristine reputation of the ADL brand at all times.

Experience

• Preferred 1-3+ years of experience in the Transportation or Logistics industry.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize workloads while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Aptitude for critical thinking and a meticulous, process-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in utilizing the complete Microsoft Office Suite and adeptness in data analytics and program management.
• Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking abilities, outstanding time management skills, and unwavering attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, both in verbal and written communication, enabling seamless relationship building.
• Self-motivated with an unwavering positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive independently.
• Proficient conflict resolution skills, establishing rapport with others and persuading while maintaining composure.
