Compensation: $100,000-$140,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits included.

Powering Innovation at Altela: With $20 million in funding (check us out on Crunchbase!), Altela is scaling rapidly. We're looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to help us automate our infrastructure and streamline our deployment processes.
Your Role: As a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our development workflows and ensuring the reliability of our systems. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases.
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance while optimizing costs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve development workflows and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What You Need:
2-4 years of DevOps experience with a strong understanding of cloud technologies and infrastructure management.
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform to manage containerized applications and automate infrastructure provisioning.
Bonus Points:
AWS certification to validate your expertise in cloud services and architecture.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability and performance.
