What You Will Be Doing

Location: 10040 Dallas St, Henderson, CO 80640

Operate a ready-mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sites
Routine equipment maintenance
Contribute to keeping locations in and around the plant clean and hazardous free
Understand and Foster Safety Culture
Safely Drive and Obey All Traffic Laws
Truck Maintenance & Housekeeping
Learn our company safety protocol in order to execute work safely

Reality of the Job

Wage Range: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour plus OT

You might work long hours some days depending on the customer's project requirements
You will be expected to work Saturdays during peak season

What We Need From You

Class B CDL (with air brake endorsement)
Clean Driver's abstract and record
Concrete mixer truck experience considered an asset
Understanding of the concrete products
Standard or manual transmission experience
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and be available on short notice
Successfully pass our pre-employment testing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions.
Employee constantly uses eye/hand coordination and near/far vision.
Employee frequently stands, walks, sits, climbs, bends, reaches, lifts to 50 lbs, carries up to 50 lbs, utilizes manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment and requires active hearing/listening.
Employee is exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes and aggregate materials.
Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats. Additional PPE required if performing special jobs.
