Job Specifics: - Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301 (Onsite training will be required- post training role will be hybrid)
- Work Schedule: Days/occasional PM's M-F 8:00-4:30
- Some weekend work may be required.
Job Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and directing all activities for the recruitment and hiring of physicians for Bellin Health System, Bellin Health Partners. This position advises and collaborates with senior management and physicians within Bellin Health System with regard to physician recruitment and retention, hiring strategies, search/selection committee management, and physician recruitment consultation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Professional certification preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in physician recruitment with proven results.
