Overview

The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) Recruiting team is growing and we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who shares a passion for hiring the best and the brightest. The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Amazon. This role requires effective communication, the ability to shift gears quickly, and enthusiasm for helping to build a talented organization.

Key job responsibilities

• Scheduling interviews and working directly with candidates and hiring managers, hosting in-person candidates, and arranging travel for visiting candidates.
• Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.
• Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
• Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
• Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Testing new scheduling tools and providing feedback to stakeholders.
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
• Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment.
• Experience with technical tracking systems / software (like ATS).

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $85,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
