Job Description

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based

Location: Oregon (multiple school districts, including Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and surrounding areas)

Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, School Year

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Oregon. In this role, youll evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, working alongside educators and families to help every child reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success

  • Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements

  • Supervise SLPAs as needed

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility)

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • School-based experience preferred, but not required
